Types of calories

So there are some types of calories, but first what is a calorie?

A calorie is a unit of energy. In nutrition and everyday language, calories refer to energy consumption through eating and drinking and energy usage through physical activity. For example, an apple may have 80 calories, while a 1 mile walk may use up about 100 calories.

Now that we all know what a calorie is let's talk about the different types of calories.

So first let's talk about the the 'negatives calories'.

Foods with negative calories contain about 90% water, very little protein, a very small amount of hydrocarbon many vitamins and minerals and zero fat. These calories are burning more energy during digestion than the number of calories they contain themselves.I know PRETTY AWESOME right? You just have to eat the right foods and then your body is gonna to all the job.

I know that you might think that these foods has to be like super expensive but NO!

They are simply legumes and fruits that everybody can afford them.

Some of them are:

Broccoli, sweet peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, eggplant, asparagus, celery, green beans, carrots, onions garlic, spinach and lettuce, grapes, peaches, cherries, cherries, melons, papaya, kiwi, mango, apples, pears, strawberries, currants, blueberries, oranges, lemons, mandarins and a lot lot more.

Now let's talk about the 'Empty calories'.

Empty calories are in foods high in added fats and sugars.Empty doesn't mean that it doesn't have any calories,it means that it doesn't have any good calories...like it doesn't do anything good to your body!Cakes, cookies, doughnuts, candy, sodas, ice cream and chips fall into this empty-calorie category.

But don't forget that the human body needs calories (energy) to survive, without energy our cells would die, our hearts and lungs would stop, and we would perish. So YOU CAN still eat a piece of cake or ice cream but just not like every day!
